Bills need to certify within stipulated timelines Participating and attends all review and special meetings Establishes strong linkages and alliances with other agencies Manage client management visit to site while effectively maintaining Client relationship Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle Other tasks and assignments as assigned by Operations Manager and Regional Director About You: Bachelor's degree in, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Billing Engineer, or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques Proficiency in billing systems, and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
